I live over two hours away, but online found a nice Camaro at their dealership. I worked with the salesman Ben Johnson who sent me videos and described the car very accurately. I feel like I got a good deal on a really nice car, and was treated great - two hours away - and at the dealership. I would definitely buy another car there.

The service department at Woodland Motors did a great job inspecting our Yukon xl to find the issue with the A/C and coolant issue. Donnell provided an options and a great time line to have it fixed. Was flexible and provided a loaner while it was being fixed. Our Yukon was fixed on time and done correctly. They screwed us out of our tax credits. Tey took our $7,500.00 Federal tax credit and our $1,000.00 COSTCO credit they said to look for in the mail. Without our consent and disguised it as a "Manufactures Rebate" and applied it all to the vehicle purchase. I get it... it lowered the cost of the vehicle. I traveled from Suisun to Woodland Motor to purchase a vehicle. This was the only dealership that did not harass me when I was looking for my truck. I originally started my process online.. 2002 Blue Silverado 1500 LS Ext Cab 4WD- purchased new at Dick Hannah Chevrolet. Happy owner except transmission, although IT IS MOSTLY MY FAULT. 284,000+ miles of serious use including towing, I should have bought the heavy duty truck. Ol Blue just suffered a catastrophic wheel failure [[ known issue 🙁 🙁 🙁 ]]. It destroyed the rear brake caliper. Scary. Aluminum wheels are NO GOOD. 40 mph in town. Bang, smash skidded to a stop, thankfully in my own lane.

Scheduling my service appointment was easy and timely. Once at the dealership, at my appointment time, I was greeted quickly by a friendly service agent, and he was able to start the process. I waited in the waiting room and had a cup of good coffee. My truck was ready to go at the estimated time +- 5 minutes. This why I take my truck into the dealer for service; easy and timely.
