They confirmed plugs and wires were going to take 2.5 hours and encountered her not to wait. 10-2-26 Update: Patrick is a gaslight master. His response would have you believe that I didn't stop in his office before I took my vehicle back and left. He is the one who tried to tell me I didn't get a ride to Natomas a few months back. Now he wants you to think that if I call him they will make it right. I gave them the opertunty twice, service advisor and service manager. I went to Roseville Auto Mall and they were so very nice and accommodating. Skip Woodland Motors, Chevrolet, even if it is closer to you, save yourself the headache.

I had a brake issue and a Super Cruise issue with my GMC Denali 2023. There was also a recall, and the Woodland service team took care of everything very professionally. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. They even cleaned ,wash and polished the inside and used something that made the vehicle smell like a brand-new car. That extra touch was really appreciated! I originally bought my Denali from Elk Grove, but after this experience, I really prefer the service at Woodland. Great customer service and a great team. I went in for my initial scheduled service and inspection. The printout of the work performed stated the tires were rotated and pressures adjusted. However, that did not happen. When I confronted the service desk employee, he doubled down on the lie and stated he saw the tech perform the rotation. I know this is false, not only due to the cluster of deceptive body language displayed when I questioned it, but because my individual tire pressures read exactly what they were at, and in the same location as when I went in. This stood out to me because my home compressor went out a few days before, and my tires had a 7-8 lbs difference because of it. I left them that way because I knew I was taking it in, and most dealerships adjust your tire pressure anyway. Also, I just took a long trip with the vehicle, so it had been many miles since the black rims were cleaned, and there were no new smudges on the rims. There is no way a rotation could have been performed without ever touching the rims, especially around the lug nuts. The thing that will prevent me from going back and will cause me to not recommend this dealership to anyone was the doubling down on the lie. All the service desk employee had to do was say, let me check that out for you and then choose a corrective option to move forward. I really would not have cared about any other response; mistakes happen, humans forget things, and I would have forgiven it. However, being deceptive and lying about it makes me believe there may be a deeper issue with their culture and practices. This is our nearest Chevy dealership, and in addition to the poor service, we did not purchase our new truck from them because the sales department does not value customers either. When my wife and I went in to start our buying process, we were treated as insignificant. The sales representative said their inventory was low and gave us his card to reach out after we built the vehicle we wanted online. Didn't try to put in any effort to help us or offer to show us what he did have on the lot for comparison during our online shopping. Then, after I reached out with our online build, we never heard from him again after we asked about working out a deal. There are many dealerships in the area, and I would recommend visiting the others.

Woodland Chevrolet has a clean and professional location, with friendly service members. Ben the representative that helped us locate our truck was fantastic. His follow up was always timely, and he kept us informed throughout the whole process. He had a straight forward approach and his willingness to work with in our time frame was appreciated. I brought the truck in for service at 730 on Saterday 6/12/2026. It took over an hour and a half for a tire rotation oil change and inspection. I drove around for 600 miles before realizing that the oil cap had been left off, because the interior of the truck now smelled like burnt oil. The cabin air filter was saturated with oil. I called and the service manager had it towed back to the dealership to have it checked out and cleaned up on 6/22/26. Was told that they would detail the interior to make sure the burnt oil smell was gone since the truck is barely a year old. They gave me a loaner. I made it clear that I would be gone for work and not be able to pick it up for another week. Went to pick up Saterday 6/27/2026 at aprox 2:30, service was already closed and the sales department said they couldn't help me so I left and came back to pick up again 6/29/2026. There was a new paint chip in the back bumper, that I told the service advisor about before I left. The interior detail consisted of wiping down the dash and vacuuming the interior. I also noticed that a tire was low on pressure on the way home. When I went to fill the tire up later that evening I scrolled through the dash menu and the oil life was only at 88%. Service advisor called back the next day about the paint. I informed him of the other 2 new issues and never heard back, its been another week and the interior still has a faint oil smell. Alot of wasted time and effort for a $105 oil change. Im gonna take the loss and find somewhere else to service my truck.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. My husband and I went in to look at a truck, and initially everything was going well with the salesperson, Ben. Unfortunately, our experience changed when we met with the finance manager, Tony. He came across as very rude, pushy, and disrespectful. He repeatedly pressured us to put more money down and accept a higher APR than we were comfortable with. The way he spoke to us felt condescending, as though he assumed we didn't understand the financing options being offered. What was especially frustrating was that the truck was being advertised with a 60-month 0% APR offer, yet he acted as though he wasn't familiar with it or couldn't provide clear information about it. The entire interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. I've purchased several vehicles over the years and have never dealt with such a negative experience in a finance office. We ultimately left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and offended. Unfortunately, this experience prevented us from moving forward with the purchase.

Incredible place and very professional people in sales. They made my experience buying a vehicle stress free with no pressure tactics from anyone there. If you do go to this dealership I highly recommend Ben. Great guy, straight forward, and very professional in how he handles a transaction.

Horrible dealership from the sales reps to the managers. Me and my family were searching for a family vehicle and happened to see one at this dealership that we drove 1hr+ to go see. We see the vehicle, take it for a test drive and go inside to sit and talk about pricing. Sales rep at the moment (not Sam) says he is going to go scan our current vehicle to give us an estimate on trade in. Goes out and comes back with screenshots of the codes the vehicle has at the moment. I then proceed to ask if I can see the vin number of the can as every time you scan a vehicle it gives you the vin and type of vehicle you are scanning. Nothing crazy right? Just reassurance, nope. The sales rep gets very upset stating “I dont like what you are insinuating, I am not a liar and if you think that you can just leave”….. wow? How professional right? I should’ve left at that exact moment but we really needed a vehicle so I just asked for a different sales rep which is when Sam came into the picture. Sam apologized about his co-workers behavior and said he would take over. Fair enough, we talked numbers and eventually came to an agreement. Sam then stated “ the car isn’t detailed but I am going to a wedding out towards where you live, I can get your car detailed or give you $50 or so” okay no problem. Even if we had to clean it the car wasn’t dirt but we can definitely tell the previous owners had pets. Fair enough. Then the following day we realized we had forgotten 2 pairs of glasses in the vehicle. Called Sam up, no problem he said he would ship them out to us, Great! However that day never came, called again, “yeah im staring right at them, I will ship them out in the next day or so” okay, sounds good. Never happened. Called again and Sam was out of the office, spoke to a manager and the manager stated “Ill talk to Sam and get this figured out, I will call you back”…. Again, nothing happened and no call back? I then called AGAIN and spoke to another manager, he seemed more concerned and said this will be taken care of and I will definitely be hearing back soon, NOPE nothing. You would expect managers to take care of situations but unfortunately not. I calles again TODAY and spoke to Sam and he decided now that I have to send him a shipping label in order for him to send them? What? Why was that not stated since the beginning? Why do I have to call 5-6 times to get that answer? Why didn’t a manager state that? But ok? I then asked to speak to a manager and he said no problem, then proceeded to hang up. I highly regret buying a vehicle from this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone! The communication is horrible, they say one thing and do another, all in all just unprofessional. I can care less about the detail but don’t say things just to sell a vehicle, if you’re going to promise something go through with it! Extremely frustrating and to this day NONE of these issues have been resolved.

Great service, easy sales process, friendly helpful staff, and a great deal. We will be back. Only about 7 minutes northwest of Sac International Airport off of I-5.

I live over two hours away, but online found a nice Camaro at their dealership. I worked with the salesman Ben Johnson who sent me videos and described the car very accurately. I feel like I got a good deal on a really nice car, and was treated great - two hours away - and at the dealership. I would definitely buy another car there.

It was really nice experience and SAMIR Bhula is such a nice active and intelligent sales guy.

The service department at Woodland Motors did a great job inspecting our Yukon xl to find the issue with the A/C and coolant issue. Donnell provided an options and a great time line to have it fixed. Was flexible and provided a loaner while it was being fixed. Our Yukon was fixed on time and done correctly. This was a great help since we love our vehicle and glad it was fixed to stay with us longer. Thank you Donnell and woodland motors vehicle service team.

The building and lot were very clean and organized. The staff were most helpful. Ben Johnson was very professional and courteous. I couldn't ask for a better experience while buying a vehicle.

I recently had a really nice experience buying a used truck at Woodland Motors. I worked with Samir “Sam” over the phone on out-the-door pricing and in less than 30 minutes had a deal that worked for both of us. I drove almost 2 hours to get there and was well taken care of. No funny business and no delay. It was the easiest and smoothest purchase experience I’ve had (out of my 7 used car purchases). I’m happy with the experience and the vehicle has been great. Recently purchased a 2026 Canyon, my salesperson Ben changed my entire view about purchasing a car through a dealership. The entire process was fast and not complicated at all. This dealership has probably some of the best prices in the area, check them out for yourself, ask for Ben.

While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot we had a wonderful experience. Josh answered any questions my wife and I had and made the process as smooth and quick as possible. One of the worst dealerships I’ve been to and not to mention my experience was a one and done! I had the deal done on the Suburban that I wanted on a Friday told sales guy that we would be there Saturday to drive it and sign paperwork we arrived before opening (we drove an hour away) to be sat in a office for 2 hrs just to be told they couldn’t take our trade in because it was a lease then said let me see what we can do hold tight we’ll 10 min pass and they confirmed there’s nothing they could do then sales manager came in and said let me see if another dealership can take your trade-in and do a dealer trade for the suburban that you’re looking at we then asked why can’t you just do a dealer trade with the dealership and the sales manager told us no this is my suburban. It’s one of a kind I’m selling it. I do not want to trade it so he got a hold of Roseville Chevy because he has buddies there and used to work there so he had connections who agreed to do a dealer trade with another dealership where they found the suburban that I wanted and said that it would be a done deal we were already approved. They would take our deal so we left I contacted Roseville Chevy the next day they asked are you sure you wanna go ahead with the dealer trade because it’s a process and we’re giving up a vehicle and I would hate for you to back out of the vehicle then we are at a loss I said no I want it please proceed never heard back from them two days pass. I then reach out to the sales manager at Woodland Chevy again say haven’t heard from your buddies. I just need to know what’s going on not a big deal. I can take my business elsewhere. Well long story short that wasn’t received very well. Feelings got hurt than that’s when the games started. All we wanted was honesty and we got nothing less that horrible customer service from your dealership I should be driving the original suburban that I wanted but your sales manager was greedy…days pass and my husband leaves a review of our experience and then a reply gets put up on it and it says to call the GM and discuss it so due to my husband’s line of work he was unable to call so I called and low and behold the GM is unavailable so I left a message then 2 days later I get a call from woodland Chevy asking to speak to a Kathy and when I say no this is Denae he says oh my bad and hung up! Here we go again with the games…so unprofessional!

Bought a truck in July of 2024. The purchase process was not great and the finance person seemed pretty arrogant. I could only really laugh when I was told it takes "thousands" to recondition a used vehicle (that was not certified either) and only had a little over 10k miles on it. Getting just an oil change and an air filter change after it was traded in. I'm sure some vehicles do but absolutely not this one. If it wasn't the exact spec and color of truck I had been looking for, for a long time, i would have taken my business somewhere else. The sales guys side was enjoyable and they did what they could to help. But when it came to the finance side after they learned I had my own financing and was not buying a extended warranty the whole attitude seemed to change. It just all really rubbed me the wrong way. Also after purchasing I tried multiple times to call the service department to get the record of what was done to the vehicle after trading it in and never got a straight answer or any documents. I ended up finding that information on carfax because I was pretty much just ran in circles for a few days until I just gave up. Happy with the truck and the price we negotiated to was moderate. The experience overall just was not great.

The owner wouldn’t honor the lemon buy back on my 2024 AT4 2500 with 7000 miles. Slimey owner and to think I even went out of my way to this dealer. Finance department never got back to my messages over canceling my extended warranty until the 5th day of calling. Only thing that place has going for them is General manager Jimmy is solid. Owner is a penny pusher. Who sales a lemon and doesn’t take care of the GM customer who gets the approved buyback from GM. Absolute clown Worst experience I’ve ever had with any company by far.

Working with Denario Tatmon at Woodland Motors was very easy and I felt he was working for me too. I travelled from out of state to purchase my new GMC and I’m happy to say I’d do it again it. It was definitely worth the trip.

We ended up suing GM under the California Lemon law act. After 18 months we just finalized an out of court settlement with GM corporate on March 7, 2024. We were not required to sign a NDA so I can now let folks know how badly we were treated by Woodland motors and GM corporate.

We enjoyed our experience purchasing our truck through this dealership. From initial contact with Vinny or sales rep thru financing with Prab; the interaction was fair, honest, transparent and efficient. We would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Very, very disappointed. I, John Robinson came in with my wife Desire to look at some vehicles, as my wife felt the need for a new one. Since we bought a 2003 Avalanche and had a good experience, we thought of checking them out again. Immediately we were guided to only two cars to test drive, even though I suggested driving the all-electric Bolt, as we just purchased solar panels and bought extras, to accommodate an electric vehicle. My wife did like the Trailblazer over the Equinox, stating it was very comfortable and quiet. My wife was sold on this vehicle and believed the sells person she would not be happy with any other vehicle. Therefore, I test drove it myself and confirmed it was a smooth and quiet ride. Be advised, I am drivability technician, and have been for decades. Anyway, the very next day in the morning, my wife drives the car, and it is making so terrible noises, the back-up camera and the forward collision weren't working as they did when we bought. Therefore, she immediately bought it back to be looked at, but was told it was riders' error and for the noise, although verified, the technician was not familiar with this model and would have to test drive another but would not be able to for a couple of days. I check for codes and found two that might be related to her concerns. (U216A and U026A). Additionally, all the monitors had not been complete, with 8 warm-ups since cleared. Be advice, by wife is elderly and disabled, she now has no confidence this vehicle will not leave her stranded or put her in harm's way, if she was to use the back-up of forward collision options. She has asked for the vehicle to be taken back and given a complete refund that we might buy a vehicle with more reliability and did so in writing with-in two days of the purchase. No, we are not happy! and want a complete refund, including all taxes and extended warranty. Nevertheless, we will still need a car and whether that is General Motors of you competitor is up to you. thank you for your anticipated help. My dad took in his truck to get his AC fixed called week later told him it was all done drove it home and realized the AC was not fixed yet.Bottom line they don't know what they're doing

They sold my gf a truck that had 2,000 dollars in hidden problems, (they even tryed to charge her $200 to look at it 5 days after we just bought it) on top of that she bought the highest bumper to bumper Insurance that covered none of the 2,000. 2017 Volt with a salvaged title. Informed Bob before bringing the vehicle out about salvaged title and HMI needed to be replaced. Bob, had a Volt specialist look at vehicle and confirm HMI replacement. History also showed salvaged title, but vehicle had two recalls that needed servicing. Bob ordered HMI and scheduled installation. A week passes and the day the HMI is received Bod calls me to say the service manager will not install/program but he cannot guaranty successful programming due to salvaged title attached to VIN. While I understand this, I think how it was handled and separately the policy is poor and unprofessional. Your dealership is willing to work on things they deem ok but other stuff which has nothing to do with a salvaged title. Vehicle was issued salvaged title due to being sold at an auction with door damage. While I understand the salvaged title issue, if your dealership will service and attend the recalls to include normal service intervals, they should install/program the HMI and be willing to see the situation to the end or as far as possible with the customer. Again, did not expect a perfect resolution however with Bob and more so your service manager my experience was poor to say the least! I know the poor performance and experience with your dealership will show in this survey but will go unnoticed proving customer's negative experiences are too easy to ignore. It would be nice for a call or contact from someone above your service department but it shows lack of responsibility and accountability in your company. Professionalism will always prevent poor responsibility and accountability to include actions speak louder than words. Unless its an oil change or something so simple Jiffy Lube can do, I do not expect to visit your dealership again.

I had a very positive experience working with my salesman, Vishal “Vinny” Vinayak when ordering my 2021 GMC AT4. He went “above and beyond” in locating high clearance steps for my truck which were, and still are in very limited supply. He was very professional, and great to work with. All my truck purchasing expectations were exceeded!!

We bought a car on Monday 3/22, a brand new 2021 Chevrolet Bolt. Didn't drive it much until Thursday and found out air conditioning was not working while taking the car for detailing. So frustrating as it is brand new and you would think dealer would have checked everyone before delivery. I’ve been taking my truck here for regular servicing for a couple years now and most recently had a terrible experience. Truck went in for a oil change and came out with an exhaust leak. Good work guys. Won’t be going back anymore.

Poor customer service. Not responsive after our purchase. Promised delivery of truck on 2/24 or sooner. Now a week later stating it will be another week. Offering no compensation besides a few accessories. Really unhappy with the lack of communication. After request of Manager Corey, we spoke, and he offered no solution. He put blame on the shipping company, and his sales reps for making false promises. Peter has been trying to help smooth things over, but it appears the higher management is standing in his way.

My review in a word exemplary! In the new Covid era car buying has obviously changed. However my representative Josh was a true professional. Always responsive knowledgeable and with a friendly disposition. We communicated quite often over nearly 3 months of interactions as the 2021 Escalade was coming from the factory. Later when a slight hiccup happened in the transaction I was very thrilled with the prompt Professionalism and care that the Manager Micah delivered. An overall satisfactory experience!
